Money concerns, $25,000 too cheap for a house!

17/4/2011

Hmmmm, There has been some questioning of our ability to fulfill our claim with the sale of a home so cheap! People are saying that "if it costs say $70,000 to build a home on earth then you can't possibly expect to build one for $25,000 or even $75,000 in outer space".

How much does it cost to build a house in rural Brazil compared to New York? No human hand will go into the construction of your homes structure. No purchased material will be used in the construction of your home. So how much will it cost us to build your home? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Rounding out the first week

17/4/2011

Well, here we are on day 7, and getting good numbers of visitors. We have 6 persons interested in signing up, but little chatter on forums (that's ok, I'm not a huge fan of forums myself). People are NOT doing the survey either, How are we supposed to compile useless number?

we start 12 hours before 50 year anniversary

11/4/2011

Yup, only 12 hours before the 50th anniversary of Yuri Gararin's first flight to outer space here we are getting ready to take the next huge leap into space.

What are we all about?

11/4/2011

We are a co-operative that is building a space habitat for its membership. The plan is for 350,000 homes on the first habitat and possibly more on successive units. The membership in the co-op buys your home on the habitat and is 100% transferable.

The first 50,000 memberships are being sold at a reduced rate of one third the cost. All memberships are payable in monthly installments and also include a mandatory 10hour/month labour contribution. Any member may run for office in elections of administration. GET INVOLVED: first 100 signups will be tasked with determining the "rules" of the co-op! (Monthly membership dues are lenient in that a missed payment is added on to the end of your term.)

Welcome

Welcome!
I have a bit of a sarcastic edge so keep that in mind as you paruse this site.

I have spent the last 30+ years researching this concept. I have talked to many people on my journey to this point. In the early days, most people laughed at me but today the attitude has changed. In the last year or so I have had about a 95% positive feedback.
